constraint region - defining both single-ended and diff pair widths

I am using OrCAD PCB Designer Pro 17.4. I need to define different constraints for an area that has both single-ended and differential pair nets. I don't see a way to define a physical constraint set that defines both (assuming the s.e. and diff pair widths need to be different) and I don't see a way to associate more than one PCS with a constraint region, so do I have to draw multiple region boxes to accomplish this? Depending on how the s.e. and diff pair traces are intermingled it seems like that could get ugly.
