I'm using Allegro V17.4 for my layout. I assigned 10 mil rules for Hole and Thru pin away from Shape in the Constraint manager. But the backoff only came out to be 8 mil from GND shape. The shape and the non-plated mechanical pin for the connector don't have any special property tie to them. The padstack doesn't have Anti Pad or Kee pout assign to it and I do not have Route Keepout shape on top of the hole. Please advise.
